Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on the Shoes Wonder website are shown in Pound Sterling (GBP). Shoes Wonder reserves the right to update prices without prior notice; however, the price at the time of a confirmed order will be honoured. Accepted payment methods include Mastercard, Visa, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay as listed at checkout. Customers agree to provide accurate billing information. Shoes Wonder does not store full payment information and uses secure third-party processors, including Stripe, to protect data during transactions. All applicable taxes (VAT) are included in the product prices, and Shoes Wonder offers free shipping on all orders with no hidden fees.
Shipping and Delivery
Shoes Wonder currently ships only within the United Kingdom. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays, with a cut-off time for same-day processing at 5 PM (UK Time).

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email. Shoes Wonder is not responsible for delays caused by carrier mishandling or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Shoes Wonder provides a transparent return and refund process. Customers may return or exchange any item within ninety (90) days of delivery, provided it remains in its original condition, is unworn/unwashed with tags intact, and includes all original packaging.
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.
- No restocking fees apply.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping label unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Limitation of Liability
