8. DELIVERY
We will arrange delivery of your shoes to the shipping address provided at checkout. Risk and ownership of the shoes pass to you once the shoes are delivered to the address you nominated.
We are responsible for the shoes until they reach you, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave the shoes in a safe place or attempt redelivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or if you fail to collect the shoes from a collection point.
9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order for any reason, subject to the conditions set out in that policy.
- Faulty or damaged shoes are handled under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
