1. Free UK Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders placed on our website. There are no hidden charges at checkout.

  • Northern Ireland (where courier services deliver)

This free shipping offer applies to every order, regardless of order value.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day

If there is any issue with your order (e.g., out of stock), we will contact you within 24 hours.

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES 

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time within the UK is 3 to 7 business days.

Total estimated delivery time from order placement (including processing): 4 to 9 business days.

Note: These are estimated timeframes. During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Sales), deliveries may take slightly longer. We will always keep you updated.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a unique tracking number.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel’s journey in real-time on the courier’s website.
  • If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact us immediately.

5. Correct Address Requirement

To avoid delivery delays, please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate:

  • Full recipient name
  • House/flat number and street name
  • Town/City
  • Postcode (mandatory)
  • Contact phone number (for courier communication)

Important: We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, you may be required to pay for re-delivery.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Parcels

Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are legally responsible for your shoes until they are delivered to you (or a person you have authorised).

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the courier and issue a full refund or send a replacement.
  • If your shoes arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
  • In both cases, we will cover the shipping costs.

7. Delivery Delays

If your delivery takes longer than the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will:

  1. Investigate with the courier.
  2. Keep you updated on the status.
  3. If significantly delayed, offer a full refund or replacement.

Legal Guarantee: Under UK law, goods must be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. We always aim to deliver much sooner.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you place an order from outside the UK, it may be cancelled and refunded.
